120-Day Study Plan
Phase 1 (Days 1–84) teaches each system with First Aid, a daily UWorld block and the matching micro. Phase 2 (Days 85–120) is rapid review, full UWorld blocks and practice exams.
First Aid page numbers are approximate for the 2025 edition and shift slightly between editions. UWorld counts assume the ~3,600-question Step 1 bank: Phase 1 covers about 80% of it by system, Phase 2 finishes the unused questions and then cycles incorrects.

Before you enroll.
01Step 1 is pass/fail now. Do I really need a program?
Pass/fail means you only need to pass, but a failed attempt stays on your record and residency programs see it. You get one clean shot. The Marathon is built to make that shot count.
02When does the next batch start?
There are no batches. Enrollment is rolling, so your 120 days start the day you join.
03I work full-time. Can I keep up?
Yes. Every live class is recorded and your dashboard works on your schedule. Many of our students are working graduates who study in the evenings.
04What time are the live classes?
Monday to Friday at 11 AM Eastern. That's 8 PM in Pakistan in summer and 9 PM in winter. Recordings go up the same day.
05What if I miss a class?
Watch the recording in your dashboard. Recordings stay there for the full program.
06I failed Step 1 before. Can you help?
Yes. Many of our students are retakers. Start with a free assessment call and we'll look at your score report together. If your exam is close, we may recommend One-on-One.
07How does the 70% Rule Guarantee work?
Complete the daily tasks, attend or watch the classes, and take every assessment. If you're not at 70%+ on an NBME by Day 120, you keep studying with us, with full access and live classes, free until you are.
08Can I join from outside the US?
Yes. Most of our students are IMGs. Everything is online and you can pay from anywhere.
09Why $450 when some courses cost less?
Because you only pay once you've tried it. You get 3 free days of the real live classes first, a full refund if you change your mind within 3 days, and the 70% Rule Guarantee: if you do the work and aren't at 70% on NBMEs by Day 120, you keep studying with us free.
