Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get your money back for a StepUp USMLE program, offered by StepUp USMLE LLC. The short version: every program comes with a full refund if you ask within 3 days of the date you enroll.
1. Our programs and prices
Each program is paid in one payment, in US dollars:
- 120 Days Marathon: $450
- One-on-One Tutoring: $5,000
- Step 2 CK Program: $450
- Ethics & Biostats Program: $150
2. The 3-day full refund
- If you ask within 3 days of the date you enroll, we refund the full amount you paid, for any of the programs above.
- The 3 days start on the day your payment is confirmed.
- After the 3 days have passed, the payment is not refundable, including if you stop attending, change your exam date or don't use the recordings.
3. Free services
The free StepUp LMS (notes, flashcards, the 120-day study plan and the Cardio lectures), the free roadmap, the free assessment call and free live classes cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
4. How to ask for a refund
Message us on WhatsApp +1 (343) 301-0957 or email stepupusmle1@gmail.com with the name, email or WhatsApp number you enrolled with and the date you paid. We reply within 2 working days.
Once a refund is approved, it is sent back to your original payment method. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider, usually 5 to 10 working days.
5. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version applies to enrollments made after the change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
