Privacy Statement

1. What we collect

• Details you give us in our forms: your name, WhatsApp number, country and, if you give it, your email address.
• Answers about your prep: the exam you're preparing for, your exam date, study hours, prep stage, your latest NBME score if you share it, the program you're interested in, and the time you pick for an assessment call.
• LMS activity: when you open the LMS, how often, and the last page you opened.
• How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or link, the campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source or fbclid), the first page you landed on and the referring site.
• Your LMS account: your study progress, notes and settings are saved to your account on our servers.

2. Why we use it

• To give you access to the free LMS and the programs you join.
• To send you your roadmap and to contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about your prep, as our forms say.
• To prepare for and run your assessment call, and to recommend a program.
• To understand which pages and ads bring students to us, and to improve the site.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell your details. We use a few service providers who process them for us:

• Our web hosting and database provider, which stores form submissions, accounts and LMS activity.
• When enabled, Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel), which measure visits and ad performance using cookies or similar technology.
• YouTube, which plays embedded videos, and Google Meet or Zoom for live classes and calls.
• WhatsApp, when you message us or we message you.

These providers may store data outside your country. When you pay for a program, the payment goes through Stripe, which processes card payments (we never see or store your full card number).

4. How long we keep it

We keep your details while you're using our services or in touch with us, and for 24 months after our last contact with you after that, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

5. Your choices

• You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to delete them.
• You can ask us to stop messaging you at any time; we'll stop.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

6. Age

Our services are meant for medical students and graduates. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.

7. Changes and contact
